Proposal Writing Program

RC Dillibazar and RC Kathmandu North organized a proposal and report writing program under the cordination of past president Surendra Dhakal on 28th,August 2010 at Reliance College,Chabahil.The chief guest was Rtn Dr Ananda Baidhya (Assistant Governer zone III).The president of RC dilli bazar,Rtn C B joshi also delivered hin speech.more than 30 participants took part in the program.
